Compensation for Unpaid Surface Leases
📢 Are you a landowner with an unpaid surface lease?
The Government of Alberta provides a process for landowners to apply to the Land and Property Rights Tribunal (LPRT) for compensation for unpaid surface leases.
Eligible landowners may apply once a payment due date has passed, and there is no application fee.
