Social Needs Assessment

Woodlands County with support from HelpSeeker Technologies, is conducting a Social Needs Assessment to gather the perspectives of the community in the County regarding social needs. The assessment will examine the strengths and challenges in achieving overall community well-being to better understand the social needs of community members. Information gathered through the assessment will contribute to the development of current and future Community Services projects and initiatives.

How to Get Involved

Online Survey

Everyone can participate in the online survey; however, Woodlands County would like to hear from the youth on their perspective on community well-being. Any youth who enter the survey will automatically be entered into a draw to win a $20 VISA gift card.

Focus Group Sessions

Several group sessions will be held throughout the County focused on different members of the community and their needs. A light meal will be provided before the session. During the session, attendees will speak to a needs assessment facilitator on their outlook on community needs. To register for the meal at the group sessions, contact Community Services at 780-778-8400 or
