Agricultural Land Use Opportunity at CYZU Airport
CYZU Airport is inviting proposals from qualified agricultural producers for the use and management of approximately 122 acres of airport lands under a five-year agreement. The lands, located on several parcels surrounding the airport, may be used for crops such as hay, rye, canola, timothy grass, alfalfa, and clover. The successful proponent will be responsible for managing the lands in a manner that supports both agricultural use and ongoing airport operations.
Interested parties are encouraged to review the full proposal package for property details, submission requirements, and evaluation criteria. A site visit is strongly recommended prior to submitting a proposal. Woodlands County reserves the right to accept or reject any submission.
