Aerobics classes include an hour and half of fun! Classes include aerobics, muscle building and stretching and cool down to fabulous tunes. Wear loose clothing and good running shoes and don't forget to bring your water bottle (a yoga mat would be handy as well). If you have 2-5 lb weights, bring them as well.

The Whitecourt FCSS Department is hosting three parenting workshops that help build positive behaviours in children, confidence in parents’ abilities and community support for raising children.  The upcoming sessions that are scheduled for Whitecourt are:

            Tuesday, February 9      Raising Responsible Teens

            Tuesday, March 9          Raising Competent Teens

            Tuesday, April 13           Getting Teens Connected

The sessions are intended for parents with children between the ages of 13 and 18 years old.  Sessions are scheduled for 7PM at the Forest Interpretive Centre.
